Our in-store exchange rates are live and updated every 60 seconds on weekdays, matching our online rates.

How To Order Online

Calculate & Add to Cart

Click the "Order online 24/7 now" button on the homepage beside Rate Calculator, select your currency, enter your AUD amount, review the rate and click "Add to Cart"
Repeat the same process to add more currency to your order then choose your collection method - In-store or Post Office Collection - then enter your personal details.
You must be over 18 years of age to order. Ensure your email address is entered correctly.

Pay via BPAY / Bank Transfer

Once order is successfully placed, you will receive an invoice via email with our BPAY® Biller Code / Bank Account Details, your Transaction Reference Number, and Total Amount payable.
Payment must be made via BPAY® or Bank Transfer within 90 minutes or else the order will be automatically cancelled. Orders over AUD 1,500 must be paid by Bank Transfer.
It takes 1–2 business days to receive your payment. You will be notified by email once confirmed.

Collect In Store / Post Office

Once your order is ready, you will receive an email confirmation with collection details.
Present this email and a valid Photo ID (Passport or Australian Driver Licence) at your nominated location.

FX Banknotes In-Store Order with AUD Cash

Our stock online and in our stores are different. To ensure you get the best exchange rate when our stock in our outlet is low, foreign currency banknotes can always be ordered at our counter.

How to Pre-order In-store

Minimum order is equivalent to AUD 200 (can be a combination of currencies). Maximum is AUD 100,000 per day per person per store.
Visit one of our outlets with your AUD Cash and your valid Photo ID (Passport or Driver Licence).
Upon placing your order in-store, you will receive a receipt with your order number and scheduled collection place and time. Please read the pre-order terms and conditions carefully before signing.

Australian Dollar (AUD) In-Store Order with FX Banknotes

As we aim to offer the best currency exchange rates, there may occasionally be times when AUD stock is low or is unavailable in-store. To secure the current rates and avoid disappointment, AUD can always be ordered at our counter to be collected in cash or to be transferred into a domestic AUD bank account.

Ordering AUD & Collect AUD Cash In-Store

Minimum amount of an order is the equivalent of AUD 200. This could be a combination of foreign currency banknotes.
Maximum amount of an order in-store is the equivalent of AUD 100,000 per day per person in one store.
We need your valid Passport or Driver Licence to process your order.
Once we have processed your order in-store, you will receive a receipt with your order number and a scheduled collection time for you to collect your order.

Electronic Transfer

Minimum amount of an order is the equivalent of AUD 200. This could be a combination of foreign currency banknotes.
Maximum amount of an order is the equivalent of AUD 100,000 per day per person in one store.
We need your valid Passport or Driver Licence to process your order.
Once your AUD order has been processed, you will receive a receipt with your order number and a scheduled electronic transfer time to be credited directly to your account. Beneficiary bank account name must be the exact same name as the Full Name which is being used to place the order in.
