As we aim to provide the best currency exchange rates for you, there can be times when our stock of AUD runs out in stores.

To ensure you are able to get the current rates, AUD (Local Cash) can always be pre-ordered at United Currency Exchange™.

Ordering AUD with us and collect AUD Cash in Store:

• Minimum amount of an order is the equivalent of AUD 200. This could be combination of foreign currency banknotes.
• Maximum amount of an order in-store is the equivalent of AUD 100,000 per day per person in one store.
• We need your valid Passport or Driver License to process your order.
• Once we have processed your order in-store, you will receive a receipt with your order number and a scheduled collection time for you to collect your order.

Ordering AUD with us and receive AUD electronically to your Bank Account:

• Minimum amount of an order is the equivalent of AUD 200. This could be combination of foreign currency banknotes.
• Maximum amount of an order is the equivalent of AUD 100,000 per day per person in one store.
• We need your valid Passport or Driver License to process your order.
• Once your AUD order has been processed, you will receive a receipt with your order number and a scheduled electronic transfer time to be credited directly to your account. Beneficiary bank account name must be the exact same name as the Full Name which is being used to place the order in.
