United Currency Exchange™ is a proprietary limited company, in which acquisition will be limited by the number of shares. The business is registered with ASIC under Corporations Act 2001. The Australian Company Number (ACN) is 119 598 202. Under the Corporations Act 2001(the Act)-Sect 765A, United Currency Exchange™ is licensed to provide a contract to exchange one currency (whether Australian or not) for another (the second currency) that is to be settled immediately by the physical delivery of notes and/or coins in the second currency.
